About the Role

Own the frontend of ambitious, design-forward products. You care deeply about rendering performance, accessibility, and the delivery of pixel-perfect interfaces from Figma to browser.

Key Responsibilities

Translate Figma designs into production-grade, accessible React components
Own Core Web Vitals and performance budgets across products
Build and maintain shared component libraries used across multiple product teams
Champion accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA minimum) and internationalisation

Requirements

5+ years frontend engineering experience
Expert React, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind experience a plus)
Deep understanding of browser internals, rendering pipelines, and Web Performance APIs
Experience with modern build tooling: Vite, webpack, Turbopack
