How we built a conversion-focused web experience for a premium cosmetic surgery clinic — replacing WhatsApp chaos and manual booking with a trust-driven digital system that captures, converts, and closes high-ticket leads.
About The Client
A premier plastic surgery, aesthetic, and hair transplant clinic in Lahore, Pakistan. Led by Dr. Bilal Ahmed Khan, the clinic is accredited by ABHRS, ASPS, ISAPS, and ISHRS — offering a full range of cosmetic procedures from hair transplantation to body contouring.

Technology Stack
The specific stack was chosen after evaluating the client's scalability requirements, compliance constraints, team capabilities, and long-term maintainability — not retrofitted to existing preferences.
Cosmeticure is one of Lahore's most reputable cosmetic surgery clinics — but their digital presence was an afterthought. High-intent patients researched procedures on their phone, found a dated website, and defaulted to WhatsApp. Inquiries piled up in personal phones with no tracking, no follow-up, and no structured booking process. Appointment scheduling required manual back-and-forth over days. For high-ticket procedures like hair transplants (where patients travel from other cities), the friction was costing them real revenue.
3-5
back-and-forth messages required per appointment booking
Key Pain Points
Endless WhatsApp inquiries with no structure — personal phones as the primary lead channel
Manual appointment booking requiring 3-5 back-and-forth messages over 24+ hours
Poor online conversion despite high demand — expertise wasn't translating to digital trust
No mobile-optimised experience for Instagram-referred traffic (their primary acquisition channel)
Undifferentiated service pages — every procedure looked generic despite world-class expertise
We built a Next.js web experience that wasn't just a website — it was a conversion system tailored to how patients actually decide on cosmetic procedures. Every design decision was driven by one insight: trust is the only conversion lever that matters in high-ticket aesthetics. We structured the entire journey around reducing hesitation — clear procedure breakdowns, doctor credentials up front, visual storytelling through before/after galleries, and a mobile-first UI designed for thumb-friendly browsing. WhatsApp integration was preserved but structured: pre-filled inquiry messages routed by procedure type. The booking flow went from days of back-and-forth to a single form submission with instant confirmation.
A full Next.js website with procedure-specific landing pages, doctor authority positioning, accreditations display, and before/after gallery. Every page designed around reducing hesitation and building confidence for high-ticket medical decisions.
WhatsApp integration with pre-filled inquiry messages per procedure type, service-based conversation triggers, and contextual CTAs across every page. Familiar channel, but optimised for conversion and trackable through analytics.
Reduced booking from 3-5 back-and-forth messages to a single form submission. Procedure-specific intake questions capture patient requirements upfront, eliminating the discovery phase from the messaging channel.
Reframed Cosmeticure's 15+ procedures from a generic 'services list' into clearly differentiated treatments with purpose, process, and expected outcomes. Each procedure page structured as a decision-making guide — not a brochure.
Every engagement follows a disciplined, phased delivery methodology — built on transparency, measurable milestones, and continuous client collaboration throughout.
We mapped the real patient decision journey — from first Instagram visit to post-surgery follow-up. Every friction point in the booking flow was documented. We interviewed the clinic's front desk team to understand the most common patient questions and hesitation patterns.
A design system purpose-built for the aesthetic industry — warm, luxurious, and clinically trustworthy. Pink-rose colour palette, elegant typography, generous white space, and high-impact procedure imagery. Mobile-first with a focus on thumb-friendly navigation and instant CTAs.
Next.js application with Supabase backend for contact submissions and appointment requests. Custom WhatsApp integration using the WhatsApp Business API with pre-filled message templates per procedure. Performance optimised for mobile networks in Pakistan — Core Web Vitals targets met across all pages.
Cross-device testing across mobile networks common in Pakistan, SEO optimisation for cosmetic surgery keywords in the Lahore market, Google Business Profile integration, and a staged launch with real patient feedback captured in the first week.
Every number below is a verified, real-world outcome. No hypotheticals, no projections — these are the results delivered.
