About the Role

Build and own the platform infrastructure that keeps 50+ client products running reliably at scale. You'll design Kubernetes-based deployment platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks, and security frameworks that engineering teams love to use.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate multi-region Kubernetes clusters on AWS / GCP / Azure
Build golden-path CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux
Implement platform observability: OpenTelemetry, Grafana Stack, PagerDuty integration
Drive security hardening: network policies, secrets management (Vault), image scanning
Collaborate with engineering squads as an internal platform consultant

Requirements

4+ years DevOps / platform engineering experience
Expert Kubernetes: Helm, Kustomize, cluster autoscaling, network policies
Deep AWS or GCP experience with Terraform or Pulumi for IaC
Strong Linux, networking, and systems fundamentals
Experience implementing SOC 2 / ISO 27001 controls in a cloud environment
