About the Role

Design and build the high-throughput, fault-tolerant services that underpin our clients' most critical operations — payment processors, logistics engines, real-time data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-performance Go services handling millions of events per day
Design resilient, observable microservices with clear service boundaries
Instrument services with structured logging, metrics, and distributed tracing
Drive reliability improvements: chaos testing, runbook authoring, SLO definition

Requirements

4+ years Go experience in a production environment
Deep understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and Go runtime behaviour
Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) and event-driven patterns
Comfortable with PostgreSQL, Redis, and time-series databases
Strong grasp of distributed systems fundamentals: CAP theorem, eventual consistency, saga pattern
